If during the sale of an enrolment (from Front Office -> User Profile -> Sale -> Course from Planning) it isn't possible to proceed since no price is displayed, there can be various reasons:
- nothing has been planned for sale from Planning -> Courses -> Course Sale or the available enrolments have been stored and therefore they can no longer be sold;
- the number of selected sub-seasons doesn't match with the way the sale of enrolments has been planned from Planning -> Courses -> Course Sale;
- the days of the week that have been selected don't match with the way the sale of enrolments has been planned from Planning -> Courses -> Course Sale;
- the number of days of attendance doesn't match with the way the sale of enrolments has been planned from Planning -> Courses -> Course Sale.
You can check the planning by clicking on Planning -> Courses -> Course Sale, selecting the season and activity and, at the bottom of the page, checking the following info in the table:

there is a padlock | click on Edit and untick the "stored" option, then click on OK |
check the number of days of attendance and the number of sub-seasons that have to be sold together |
