During the sale of an enrolment from Sale -> Course from Planning, the final price of the course is 0 (once added in the shopping basket) | If the course has been priced correctly in the planning, then the reason why this happens is simple: the system hasn't uploaded the classes for that course and therefore it cannot calculate the price per class since there are no classes yet. Usually it happens when an operator attempts to sell an enrolment shortly after having finished the planning of the course. | It is advisable to wait at least 15 minutes between the planning of a course and the sale of the enrolment, in order to give enough time to upload the classes of the course. If the problem persists after one hour from the planning of the course, please contact support@sportrick.com |
