Change Password

In the Account section of the E-Commerce profile it is possible to change the password anytime.


Forgotten Password

To reset the password, for example if the user has forgotten it, there is a link on the E-Commerce login page (only if it has been configured). By clicking on it the user will receive an email with the instructions to reset their password.


If the link is not available, customers can contact the reception and ask an operator to provide a new temporary passoword, that can be changed following the instructions at the beginnig of this manual.
