1. Pre-Requisites

Please note that before reading this manual, the waiting list must have arealdy been enabled and configured according to the instructions provided in the following manual: Waiting List: Standard and Revolution.


2. How to Add a Person onto the Waiting List

There are three types of waiting list:

  • waiting list for the whole activity (the customer will be added onto the waiting list of any course that relates to an activity, that is, any day, time, skills...)
  • waiting list for the whole course
  • waiting list for one class of the course

HOW TO ADD A PERSON ONTO THE WAITING LIST

Whole Activity

Timetable -> Course Availability

  • Click on Timetable -> Course Availability
  • select the necessary filters
  • click on the number corresponding to the availability of the course (which will be 0 if there are people on the waiting list)
  • click on the list icon on the righ-hand corner
  • To add the customer onto the waiting list of all the courses linked with the activity, just type the name of the customer, tick the corresponding box and then click on Add.  

Whole Course

Timetable-> 

Course Availability

  • Click on Timetable -> Course Availability
  • select the necessary filters
  • click on the number corresponding to the availability of the course (which will be 0 if there are people on the waiting list)
  • click on the list icon on the righ-hand corner
  • type the name of the customer and then click on Add to register them on the waiting list for the selected course. 

Individual Class of a Course

Timetable -> Timetable

After opening the Planning, click on the slot corresponding to the desired class, then click on Waiting List and then type the name of the person. Click on add to register the customer on the waiting list.


Please note that customers can be freely added onto the waiting list, but they can only be moved onto the list of attendees if:
  • they have a valid multipack for the booking of the class
  • the activity has the free-booking option enabled, meaning that it can be booked even without a valid subscription.
A customer won't be charged for registering on the waiting list. 
Only after their booking has been confirmed will credit be deducted from their multipack or the booking fee charged (the amount will show up in the Payment section of the user's profile).



3. How to Remove a Person from the Waiting List

Timetable -> 

Course Availability

  • Click on Timetable -> Course Availability
  • select the necessary filters
  • click on the number corresponding to the availability of the course (which will be 0 if there are people on the waiting list)
  • click on the list icon on the righ-hand corner
  • click on Delete next to the name of the customer


Individual Class of a Course

Timetable -> Timetable

Open the Timetable, double-click on the slot corresponding to the class and then click on Waiting List. Next to the customer's name you will find the Delete button to remove the name from the waiting list.

Whole Activity/ Course/ 

Individual Class of a Course

User Profile -> Activities/Access Records-> Waiting List 

Next to the activity, course or class the person is on the waiting list for there is a delete button that will remove the name of the person from that waiting list.
