INDICE
Introduction
SPORTRICK allows you to customize access control rules, preventing access to clients with expired medical certificates or if the medical certificate expiration field in the client profile is empty.
Setting the Block
From Settings > Main Settings, you can set the block for all clients who attempt to access without a valid medical certificate when required.
You will then need to activate the option to require a valid certificate in the details of each object that requires this access control:
- Access Type: Planning > Multipack > Access Type > Detail on the accces type
- Course Participation. This setting can be activated during course planning. Note: The block is triggered at the access attempt. A client with an expired medical certificate can still book a lesson for a course that requires it, but will be blocked at the time of access to the facility.
- Services Booked by the Client. Note: The block is triggered at the access attempt. A client with an expired medical certificate can still book a service that requires it, but will be blocked at the time of access to the facility.
FAQs
Can I prevent clients with expired or absent medical certificates from booking?
The block is triggered at the access attempt. A client with an expired or absent medical certificate can still book a service/course that requires it, but will be blocked at the time of access to the facility. |
What happens if I have the block active and a client doesn't have a valid medical certificate but has two valid access items for a specific time, one requiring the certificate and the other not?
The system will allow the client to access even without a valid medical certificate, and the access will be registered on the item that does not require the certificate. |
