1. Introduction

This manual describes the integration between Sportrick and Wellhub for managing access for Wellhub users in their centers.


Important: The integration is enabled by default. If the configuration button or integration options do not appear in the customer profile, please contact the support channel.



2. Configuration

Set up Wellhub integration from Sportrick interface: Settings > Wellhub Integration Settings.

To proceed with the configuration: 

  • input the GymID (mandatory): Identifier of the club on the Wellhub portal. This parameter must be requested from the Wellhub consultant.
  • Optionally, you can enable multi-validation for a single Wellhub access. This option allows multiple uses of the RFID identification card on readers within a defined time period (e.g., if there are multiple controlled access points such as turnstiles). To configure access with multi-validation:
    1. Check the multi-validation option.
    2. Set the Single access validity time by choosing from the available options (minutes, hours, days).
    3. Save changes before exiting.



3. Customer Check-in

The customer check-in process, carried out by a center operator for the first access, is as follows:

  1. Add the customer to Sportrick's directory. If the client is already present in the directory, proceed with the other steps.
  2. Open the customer profile and click the Edit button located below the profile image.
  3. In the Account section, locate the Wellhubsubsection.
    • Enter the customer's Wellhub ID.
    • Enable the customer by checking the corresponding box.
  4. Save the changes before exiting.


4. Access Control

The SPORTRICK access control system automates the validation of a customer's Wellhub subscription. Follow these steps to use this feature:

  1. Assign an RFID card to the customer in Sportrick (the card used for access).
  2. The customer must follow Wellhub's procedures through the mobile app. These procedures require the customer to declare that they are accessing a Wellhub-affiliated club. For further details, consult the Wellhub documentation.
  3. The customer can then use the RFID card at the terminal, and the system will verify the validity of the Wellhub subscription in real time.


Important for Wellhub customer access:

  • Assigning the RFID card is only required for the first access.
  • Steps 2 (Wellhub access declaration) and 3 (RFID card swipe) are required for every access.
  • If the customer complements their Wellhub subscription with additional services from the club/facility, these services will not be considered during terminal access. A valid Wellhub ID will take priority over other services.

5. Exports and Reports

To obtain a list of people with a Wellhub subscription, you can use a standard report by selecting Person as the data source and applying the Wellhub ID filter. For more information on creating reports, refer to the specific documentation: Reports - Standard Exports
