Important: it is highly recommended to pay attention when editing settings on the VAR portal, since some change might drastically affect SPORTRICK's performance. 

Any improper editing carried out on the VAR portal will not be covered by SPORTRICK's support service.


TEAM CREATION


Select the environment from Managed Environments and then click on Configurations -> Teams -> Create Team.

Type in the name of the team and click on OK


ADD USERS TO A TEAM


You can add users to a specific team through the Users button.

Please note that users must be created in SPORTRICK first, this option is not available in the VAR.

Click on Add users to team and then select the desired users. Click on OK to save.


If an existing user already belongs to a group, it will be possible to move the user to another team by following the below steps:

  1. click on Configurations -> Users 
  2. click on Modify 
  3. change the team and click on OK to save changes



CHANGE THE NAME OF A TEAM

To customise the name of a team, click on Modify next to the team.

It is possible to decide whether the name will be changed only for CRM operations or in all SPORTRICK's windows (STANDARD).
