Access can be blocked if the system finds specific characteristics in the profile of the person who is attempting the access. These characteristics are applied through tags. Example: block access to all those who booked a service that is no longer available in order to provide a refund:

  1. create the tag: Settings -> Tags -> Person -> Add -> activate the "Access Denied" option;
  2. after the creation of the necessary tags, click on Reports -> Marketing and apply the required filters to extract the names of the users that will be assigned the tag/s. Please click here to see the details procedure.
