1. Introduction
The Accounting feature allows Technogym to send sales data from its platform to Sportrick. This way, Sportrick automatically creates sales documents and adds a "Sportrick object" in the customer profile. To activate this feature, it is necessary to:

  • Ensure that the Sportrick-Technogym integration is active.

  • Contact Sportrick support to request activation of the accounting feature.

Once both conditions are verified, the following configurations can be performed, aimed at mapping three lines of information, configuring elements on both the Technogym and Sportrick sides:

  • Technogym side: create products within the Technogym store. For further details, refer to Technogym’s official documentation.

  • Sportrick side: access Settings > Integrations > Edit (for the Technogym integration) and use the mapping panel located at the bottom of the screen, just below the main integration settings (see image below).

Attention: configurations in this section are particularly sensitive and may compromise the correct functioning of the Sportrick-Technogym integration. Any modifications made by the client are not covered by the support service. It is therefore recommended to intervene only in the sections related to accounting.


2. Configuring the Accounting Feature
Configuration is based on 3 main mapping lines:

  • Mapping 1: Technogym payment type & Sportrick payment type

  • Mapping 2: Technogym tax & Technogym product

  • Mapping 3: Technogym tax & Sportrick multipack


3. Mapping 1: Payment Methods

Purpose:
Associate the payment methods configured in Technogym with the corresponding methods in Sportrick.

Work to be performed on: Sportrick

Preliminary step:
Create any additional payment types in Sportrick besides the default (Cash).

Operational tip:
Verify that each additional payment type is correctly configured and active in Sportrick.


4. Mapping 2: Technogym Taxes & Products

Purpose:
Associate a Technogym tax with a Technogym product.

Work to be performed on: Technogym CRM

Rules and guidance:

Each Technogym tax can be mapped only once in Sportrick (Mapping 3), so the club must define the reporting logic in advance based on analysis needs. There are 2 options:

  • General reporting: if detailed analysis is not required, create a single tax in Technogym CRM and apply it to all products in the Technogym store.

  • Detailed reporting: for advanced analysis, create separate taxes for each product in the Technogym store.

According to the chosen strategy, create the products in the Technogym store assigning the taxes. For further details, refer to Technogym’s official documentation.

Important:

  • The VAT rate in MyWellness CRM cannot be 0%.

  • Product descriptions in the Technogym store must not exceed 255 characters.


5. Mapping 3: Technogym Tax → Sportrick Multipack

Purpose:
Associate a Technogym tax with a Sportrick multipack.

Work to be performed on: Sportrick

Operational rules:

Whenever a product mapped according to the previous instructions is sold from the Technogym ecosystem, Sportrick receives the information and automatically creates an object in the customer profile, issuing the sales document associated with the tax group.

Operational steps:

  1. Define the document issuance strategy to ensure consistency between taxes and multipacks.

  2. Configure the tax group in Sportrick, setting the document in the "Automatic Document" field.

  3. Access Sportrick > Settings > Integrations > Technogym: map Sportrick Multipacks to the corresponding Technogym taxes.

Note:
Technogym taxes can be mapped only once in Sportrick.
For multiple products and detailed reporting, create separate taxes for each product in Technogym CRM (see Mapping 2 instructions).

If the product CALISTENICS 3 TIMES PER WEEK is sold, the corresponding multipack is automatically added in the Sportrick customer profile, and similarly for other products.

  • Standard Report > Movement Data Source: displays the sale with Technogym Product Description.

  • Marketing: analysis is based on the Sportrick Multipack Name.

  • Customer Profile: displays the Sportrick Multipack Name.

  • Sales Document: shows Technogym Product Description.


6. Final Mapping Result
Once mapping is completed, when Technogym sends a sale indicating payment type and tax, Sportrick automatically records the sale of the linked Multipack and issues the document specified in the Multipack’s tax group.


7. Analysis and Reporting on Sportrick

7.1 Reports

  • Advanced Analysis Report: displays the sale with Technogym Product Description.

  • Standard Report > Movement Data Source: displays the sale with Technogym Product Description.

  • Marketing: analysis is based on the Sportrick Multipack Name.

7.2 Front Office

  • Customer Profile: displays the Sportrick Multipack Name.

  • Sales Document: shows Technogym Product Description.


8. Miscellaneous

8.1 Customer Status Update
Upon purchase from Technogym, the customer status in Sportrick is updated immediately.
For sales from automatic renewals via TG App, the update may occur the following day after nightly consolidation.

8.2 Adding New Products in Technogym
To ensure proper synchronization in the management system, Mappings 2 and 3 must be applied for every new product added in the Technogym CRM store.
