Introduction

This integration functionality allows for real-time synchronization of the Multipack purchased by the client, including its start and expiration dates. The Multipack with the later expiration date will be synchronized.

Information

From the Purchased > Main section of the Customer Profile, the purchased Multipacks will be displayed.

Important: In Mywellness CRM, the Multipack with the later expiration date will be synchronized.

In case of suspension, return, or natural expiration of the Multipack, these changes will be updated in real-time in Mywellness CRM, including the Multipack and its expiration date.

Additionally, if the Multipack is linked to a Mywellness Group, the group rights will be disabled during the suspension period or completely removed in the case of return or natural expiration.
