You can create a list of the the main types of CRM goals (related to CRM tasks) by clicking on Settings -> CRM Targets.


Click on the button Add Type to create a new type of CRM target that will be only available during CRM operations in the Marketing section (as shown in the below picture)



For each goal you can specify:


  • name
  • use colours for actions: this option relates to the priority of CRM tasks. If activated, tasks will turn Red as to indicate maximum priority. Once someone takes care of a task it will turn Yellow until it has been completed.
  • store: the Delete button will permanently delete the CRM target (if it hasn't been used), while by storing it, the CRM target will no longer be available to use but previous records won't be lost. The target can be made available again at any time by unticking the stored option.
