1. Introduction

The stock of items sold via the ProShop can be managed in the section dedicated to ProShop Orders.

For example, by planning an order for the supply of ProShop items, the system will update the stock every time an item is sold.


2. Pre-requisites

Before planning orders, it is necessary to plan ProShop items from Planning -> ProShop -> Items.

IMPORTANT: stock management can only work if ProShop items have the necessay option enabled in their details: 


3. Planning

To add a new order, please click on Planning -> ProShop -> Orders -> Add and choose the order type: 

  • supply: items ordered/supplied
  • items to return (supply): supplied goods to be returned
  • items to return (sales): unsold goods to be returned
  • reset for inventory
  • inventory

optional details:

  • order number (optional since the system already follows an automatic numeration)
  • supplier 
  • warehouse: to see how to create a warehouse please click here
  • notes


Once you have created a new order you can add info about it (items, quantity...) 

Click on the row of the order and a new table will appear below. 


Click on Add to insert the details about the order.

Please specify:

  • item
  • quantity
  • scheduled delivery date (optional)
  • notes (optional)
  • price of purchase from suppliers (optional)
