You can create a list of the the main types of CRM goals (related to CRM tasks) by clicking on Settings - CRM Targets.

Click on the button Add Type to create a new type of CRM target that will be only available during marketing operations. 

For each goal you can specify:

  • Name
  • Use colours for actions: this option relates to the priority of CRM tasks. If activated, tasks will turn Red as to indicate maximum priority. Once someone takes care of a task it will turn Yellow until it has been completed.
  • Store: the Delete button will permanently delete the CRM target, while the Store button will hide the CRM target from the Front Office windows without losing the related records.
