If courses and activities require a medical certificate, it is possible to set up different types of medical certificate.
To create a medical certificate type click on Settings > Medical Certificate Types > Add. These are the required fields:
Important: the button Delete will delete the medical certificate but it can only be used if the medical certificate hasn't been assigned to a user profile.
Conversely, the medical certificate can be stored (Edit > Info > Stored). This means that the certificate will no longer be available to use but it will be kept in the system for record purposes.
Any attempt to delete a medical certificate already assigned will result in the automatic storing of the m. c. that will be marked with the icon of a padlock.
To make it available again, it will be sufficient to untick the stored option.
