1. Payment Receipts

Once a payment has been recorded, the system will automatically issue a receipt that is saved in the document section of the user profile. 


Next to each document, the Print button makes it possible to pre-view the document and either print it, if necessary, or save it in PDF format.

By clicking on the arrow next to the Print button, it will be possible to:
 


  1. cancel the payment through a credit note (please refer to the manual for the full procedure: How to issue a credit note)
  2. access the Info section to view the documents' details and edit some of them (please refer to the corresponding manual for more details:  How to change a document that has been already issued).

2. Cloud Documents

SPORTRICK can be integrated with cloud-storage services. In order to activate the integration, it will be necessaty to access the VAR portal and click on Managed Environments -> View More -> Configurations -> Integrations -> Connect (next to the name of the cloud provider that hosts your account) and then follow the guided procedure to insert the credentials of your cloud-storage account.

Only when the integration has been activated the cloud-document section will be visible in the user profile.

In this section it is possible to view or upload customer-related documentation.

Documents can be uploaded in various ways:

  1. by the client during web registration (if this option has been configured). Please note that this option only allows customers to upload specific files during their registration. Customers who are already registered cannot upload files on their own initiative;
  2. by the operator directly from the user profile:
    1. through the pc webcam or a webcam scanner 
    2. through a wacom tablet after the customer has signed a pre-configured document. Please contact your SPORTRICK consultant for more info about this option 
    3. through a file stored on a local folder that will ben then stored on the integrated cloud account (Dropbox, OneDrive, Google Drive..). Remember to assign a tag to the document! Please note that once you have clicked on OK the tag cannot be edited. 


Each document can be downloaded in PDF format or deleted by clicking on the corresponding buttons.

Clients can view their documents from the Document section in the E-Commerce profile. Please refer to the following manual to activate this option: How to upload documents on the E-Commerce profile of users


IMPORTANT: customers CANNOT upload documents on their own E-Commerce profile, but only view those files uploaded by an operator on the customer's user profile registered in SPORTRICK.
