1.    change the reservation:
  • from the User's Profile - Purchased

  • from the User's Profile -Activities/Access Records


 a new window will open up to reschedule the service. The boxes marked in red correspond to the current reservation. To reschedule, double click  on another slot on the agenda.


A new window will open up to confirm or to further edit the reservation (change resources for example). Then click on OK to confirm the changes.

        2.  delete a reservation 

  • from the User's Profile - Services 
    • click on Info next to the corresponding service
    • click on Delete booking

  • from the reservation in the Service Agenda
    • click on Front-Office -> Services 
    • add the name of the customer and click on the booking to delete


3. refund a service from the User's Profile - Services 

  • click on Info next to the corresponding service
  • click on Actions - Refund to refund the amount paid for the service 


           



      3.  new layout

           a new layout has been recently released with the addition of the details about the person's multipack and wallet with the related            credit (if available). It will now be possible also to book a service for a person without a registered user profile in the system. To                add the profile for this person, just click on the yellow button next to the person field and provide the required info.
