Introduction

This integration functionality allows verifying during the access phase via SPORTRICK terminals whether a client has reservations in Mywellness CRM/TG App that allow access to the center.

Operation

If a client accesses the center and has reserved a class through the Mywellness application, the SPORTRICK access control detects the reservation and notifies that the access is occurring due to a "Mywellness Activity," indicating its name in the access control interface. This way, operators will know that the reservation enabling access is in Mywellness (and not in SPORTRICK).

Additionally, a communication will be sent to Mywellness about this access to validate the presence (Check-in) of the client in the reserved class. This notification will be recognizable in Mywellness thanks to the green border present in the circle next to the client's name. An example image is shown below:

If no reserved class is detected in Mywellness, the SPORTRICK access control will carry out its own verification checks (checking for a valid access pass).

If a client has a valid reservation for a Mywellness activity and also has a valid access pass in SPORTRICK, the Mywellness activity will take priority. The client will therefore enter for the purposes of the Mywellness activity.

It is possible to activate the medical certificate check and/or a registration check for clients accessing with a Mywellness class. For this operation, please contact SPORTRICK support at support@sportrick.com.
