The procedure below describes how to delete a proximity card from a user's profile so that it can be assigned to another user (if required).


Open the user's profile to delete the card (see point 4)

If the identity of the user is unknown, follow the steps below: 


  1. Click on Front Office
  2. Click on Scan Card and place the card near the card reader
  3. Open the User's Profile
  4. Click on Info -> Card -> Click on the Arrow and click on DELETE. If this section is not visible, click on Edit (under the user's picture) click on Notes and then Delete next to the memership-card field.



5. Click on YES to confirm.
