To activate the E-Commerce click on Settings -> Profile and select the corresponding option:



In the field below, labelled "Company Name", it is possible to specify the name of the business that will be visible to customers when logging onto the E-Commerce portal. 


Only for companies with multiple branches: the E-Commerce portal can be enabled for all branches, some or just one.


To make the VAT number and company address visible on the pages of the E-Commerce, please fill in the dedicated fields:

The last thing to configure are the terms and conditions, which needs to be set up from the VAR portal: click on Managed Environments -> View More -> Configurations -> E-Commerce -> Privacy.


There are two options available. In the table below there is a list of all the necessary fields that need to be filled in according to the preferred option:

REDIRECT THE CUSTOMER TO AN EXTERNAL PAGE
REDIRECT THE CUSTOMER TO THE DEDICATED PAGE WITHIN THE E-COMMERCE
FIELDS TO FILL IN:
  1. link to external Terms and Conditions (T&C) page -> url of the webpage where customers will be redirected to read the T&C
  2. use external T&C page: select YES
FIELDS TO FILL IN:
  1. title of internal T&C page -> title of the page where customers will find the Terms and Conditions
  2. content of internal T&C page -> text detailing the terms and conditions (it can also be in html format)
  3. label on T&C link -> word or phrase where customers will have to click to be redirected to the T&C
  4. use external T&C page: select NO.


Don't forget to save changes!


Example of how to configure the portal so that customers can be redirected to the Terms and Conditions without leaving the E-Commerce:

The customer, after click on "Terms & Conditions" will be redirected to the corresponding page within the E-Commerce portal.
