1. Introduction

Clients can use e-wallets to:

  • make payments with a pre-paid electronic credit without the need to carry cash or cards
  • use showers, hair dryers, etc. with a deduction of time/tokens from their e-wallet allowance
  • use the credit on their e-wallet after a refund has been issued
  • purchase an e-wallet to give to friends and relatives as a gift

The difference between using the credit in an e-wallet and a voucher, is that the latter has to be redeemed in a single transaction, while the credit of the e-wallet can be used gradually in more than one transaction.

2. Creation

To create a wallet click on Planning -> Wallets -> Add and specify:

  • name of the wallet
  • credit type:
    • time: the credit corresponds to a certain amount of time (minutes, seconds...)
    • tokens: the credit corresponds to a certain amount of tokens
    • money

Once you have created a wallet, you can click on Details and tick the box "Use for payment". This will enable clients to use the wallet for their purchases.
